09/11/2018

The “RWTH Science Night” has been taking place every year now since 2003, on the second Friday in November, and always welcomes numerous guests. The idea behind the Science Night is to present science in an unusual way and at an unusual time.

The E.ON Energy Research Center was again represented at this year's RWTH Wissenschaftsnacht. It took place on November 9, 2018 at 7 pm in the lecture hall C.A.R.L. of RWTH Aachen University. After the many successful evenings in previous years, many visitors and guests were expected again this year. Making science understandable and tangible for all generations in an entertaining way was the aim of the wide range of exciting lectures, film screenings and cabaret and musical contributions.

You can find more information on the RWTH homepage or on facebook.

The E.ON ERC at the Science Night 2018

How does the heat supply in the building of the future work? How far can an electric car actually drive? Where can high-frequency electricity be found in our lives? Research at the E.ON Energy Research Center on the energy supply of the future is as varied as the questions. The E.ON ERC invites you to exchange ideas about energy supply and presents exciting exhibits as well as the quiz "What do you know about the energy revolution? - Test your knowledge about the energy supply of the future".
