Curriculum vitae
Mr. Benigni was born in 1983 in Italy. He received his M.S. from Politecnico di Milano in 2008 with a final thesis titled "A Decentralized Observer for Electrical Power Systems: Implementation and Experimental Validation". The work from his thesis has been published at the IEEE I2MTC Conference where it received the Award as Best Paper.
Before joining RWTH in Aachen, Mr. Benigni worked at University of South Carolina as Visiting Scholar during his M.S. and after, from August 2008 to December 2008, as Ph.d Student.
